Job summary
We are looking for a Production Personnel to join our team. You will work with UV printers and laser cutting machines to produce signage, marketing materials, awards, and custom products for our clients. This role combines graphic design work with hands-on production. You need to be comfortable preparing artwork files and operating production equipment.

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and optimize design files for UV printing and laser cutting
- Operate UV printers to print on various materials (acrylic, wood, metal, glass)
- Run laser cutting and engraving machines
- Produce signage, awards, promotional items, and custom products
- Check material specifications and set up machines correctly
- Perform quality checks on finished products
- Maintain equipment and report issues
- Work with the production team to meet deadlines
Requirements
Design Skills:
- Proficiency in CorelDRAW (required)
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Understanding of print-ready file preparation
- Knowledge of color management and material considerations
Experience
- 1-2 years working in a print or production environment (preferred)
- Experience with signage, printing, or fabrication is an advantage
- Portfolio required showing relevant design work
Other Requirements

- Ability to follow production schedules
- Willingness to learn machine operations
- Good communication skills
- Physically able to handle materials and stand for extended periods
