We are seeking a creative and strategic Content Creator & Social Media Specialist to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will develop and execute compelling digital content strategies that elevate our brand, engage our audience, and support business growth across key social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Capture and produce high-quality photos, videos, and multimedia content showcasing our products, project installations, and company culture.
- Design and edit engaging graphic content including reels, stories, and posts optimized for various social media channels.
- Maintain and update a structured social media content calendar to ensure consistent and timely publication.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to align social media activities with broader marketing campaigns and business goals.
- Monitor social media channels, track engagement metrics, and provide insights to improve performance.
- Identify and leverage emerging content trends and platform features to enhance reach and engagement.
- Support the development and maintenance of a cohesive visual identity and storytelling approach that reflects the company’s brand.
- Work closely with technical, sales, and project teams to gather content and support product launches, events, and promotional campaigns.
- Assist in the creation of additional marketing materials as required.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Marketing Manager.
Qualifications & Experience Required:
- HND, bachelor’s degree, or professional certification in Digital Marketing, Media Studies, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of demonstrated experience in content creation, social media management, photography, or videography.
- Proficiency in using major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) for brand promotion.
- Hands-on experience with photo and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar).
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative content across digital platforms.
- Experience in digital marketing in areas of B2B, mass promotion, or direct sale.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
