Job Vacancy - Graphic Designer

Kudi Systems Ltd is a fintech startup in Ghana, building innovative digital payment solutions through our flagship platform, SPPay. As we continue to grow and strengthen our brand presence, we are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating compelling visual content that communicates our brand identity across digital and print platforms, enhances product marketing efforts, and supports our overall growth strategy.

This is a hybrid role (remote-first) with occasional on-site collaboration at our head office:

C/146/3 Esseefo Road, Asylum Down, Accra, Ghana.

This is a full-time position with a 6-month renewable contract.

What You’ll Do

• Design engaging visual assets for digital platforms, including social media, website, email campaigns, and online ads.
• Create marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, and presentation decks.
• Develop brand-aligned graphics that support product launches, campaigns, and merchant communications.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints.
• Translate brand guidelines into high-quality designs that strengthen brand identity.
• Support UI/UX design efforts by creating clean, intuitive interface mockups and visual elements when required.
• Maintain and update brand style guides and visual asset libraries.
• Prepare final artwork files for both digital and print production.
• Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality.

What We’re Looking For

• Completed tertiary/university education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Completed National Service.
• 2–3 years of professional experience in graphic design.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, InDesign).
• Experience designing for social media, digital campaigns, and marketing materials.
• Good understanding of branding, typography, layout, and color theory.
• Familiarity with UI/UX principles and designing for digital interfaces is an advantage.
• Basic motion graphics or video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.) is a plus.
• Experience in fintech, tech startups, or digital products is an advantage.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, versatility, and attention to detail.
