Job Title: Graphic Designer & Social Media Coordinator
Role Summary:
We are looking for a creative powerhouse who can both build the brand and talk for the brand. In this role, you will be the primary architect of our visual content—creating everything from high-end graphics to quick-turnaround social assets. Beyond design, you will manage our daily social presence, ensuring our community feels heard by responding to DMs, comments, and texts with speed and personality
Key Responsibilities:
- Visual Content Creation: Design "thumb-stopping" graphics, carousels, and video overlays for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Community Management: Monitor and respond to all incoming social messages and texts. You aren't just answering questions; you're building relationships.
- Brand Stewardship: Maintain a consistent visual identity and "voice" across all platforms.
- Campaign Execution: Take a marketing idea from a rough concept to a finished, posted asset.
- Trend Monitoring: Identify emerging design trends and social memes, and pivot our creative strategy to stay relevant.
Required Skills:
- Design Tools: High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and/or Canva.
- Social Fluency: A deep understanding of how people communicate on social media (when to use an emoji, how to handle a complaint, etc.).
- Copywriting: Ability to write catchy headlines and engaging captions that drive action.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for text-based customer service.
Experience and Portfolio:
- 1–3 years of experience in a design or social media role.
- Must provide a portfolio that demonstrates both graphic design skill and examples of social media content you have managed.
