Draw Officer
Job summary
The Draw Officer assists the draw process by confirming data to be entered into the system and also inputs the winning numbers into the system after confirmation of the draw results to facilitate the payments of wins to punters. Also, he will coordinate the generation of e reports and the ones to be printed and signed off to aid final approval for payments of wins. He sits/operates from the draw room. This position requires precision, responsibility, and integrity, ensuring every draw is executed flawlessly and transparently

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct and supervise lottery draws according to approved procedures and schedules.
- Ensure accuracy in draw results, documentation, and reporting.
- Maintain proper records, logs, and secure handling of draw materials.
- Assist in troubleshooting draw-related technical issues when necessary.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a regulated environment (e.g., gaming, finance, audit, or public sector).
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Statistics, or a related field
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to follow strict procedures.
- Comfortable working irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with standard reporting tools.
