Role Description The Sales and Marketing Representative is a full-time hybrid role based in Accra, with a combination of on-site client engagement and some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, presenting Janus Marketing’s services to potential clients, and maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting sales meetings and presentations, managing pipelines, supporting the development and execution of marketing campaigns, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met. The representative will respond to inquiries, provide exceptional customer service, and offer training or guidance to clients on marketing solutions when needed. Regular reporting on sales activities, market feedback, and campaign performance is also part of the role.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients effectively and build lasting relationships.
- Candidates should possess proven Sales and Sales & Marketing skills to drive new business, promote services, and support campaign execution.
- Candidates should possess Training capabilities to educate clients and colleagues on marketing solutions and best practices.
- Candidates should possess basic knowledge of digital marketing channels (e.g., social media, email, SEO) and an interest in data-driven marketing.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with common office and CRM software; prior experience in an agency or marketing environment is an advantage.
- Candidates should possess a relevant educational background in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
