Restaurant Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• At least 2 years’ experience in a food service or hospitality supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and multitask during peak hours.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests.
• Clear communication skills — must be able to give clear instructions to staff.
• High attention to detail — notices delays, unclean areas, poor service.
• Ability to stay calm and act professionally when handling complaints.
• Team-oriented, but able to take initiative and make decisions independently.
• Punctual, disciplined, and reliable.
• Familiarity with basic POS systems is a plus.
• Coordinate front-of-house staff including hosts, servers, and bartenders.
• Assist in staff scheduling to ensure optimal coverage during service hours.
• Train, mentor, and motivate staff to maintain a high level of service.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
• Monitor dining areas to ensure cleanliness, ambiance, and readiness before service.
• Enforce hygiene, health, and safety standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Hospitality Management or in a relevant field.
• Experience – Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to handle customer interactions

Salary Range: Ghc 3500-5000
