Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and present menus.
- Take food and drink orders accurately.
- Serve meals and beverages promptly.
- Attend to customers’ needs and ensure their satisfaction.
- Keep tables and the dining area clean and organized.
- Handle customer complaints politely.
- Work closely with other staff to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Neat appearance and good personal hygiene.
- Honesty, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
- Previous experience is an advantage, but not required.
