We are seeking an experienced, professional, and customer-focused Bartender to join our hospitality team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, attending to customers at the bar, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and ensuring a high standard of service in a fast-paced environment.

Job descriptions & requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to customer orders.
- Welcome customers and provide friendly and professional service.
- Take beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Recommend beverages and assist customers with their selections where appropriate.
- Maintain proper cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Monitor bar supplies and notify management when stock needs replenishing.
- Handle glassware, bar equipment, and beverages responsibly.
- Process customer orders and payments accurately where required.
- Ensure beverages are prepared and presented according to established standards.
- Follow all applicable hygiene, safety, and responsible-service procedures.
- Work closely with waiters, kitchen staff, and other team members to ensure smooth service.
- Assist with opening, closing, and general bar duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience as a bartender or in a similar hospitality role.
- Good knowledge of beverages and basic drink preparation.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Friendly, reliable, and professional attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Willingness to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Good personal hygiene and professional appearance.

Working Days: Monday – Sunday
Working Hours: 6:00 AM – 2:00 AM (shift-based)
Salary: GHS 2,200 – GHS 2,500
