Job Summary
We are looking for a project manager to be responsible for handling our company's ongoing projects. You will be working closely with your team members to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track. Responsibilities include submitting project deliverables, preparing status reports, and establishing effective project communication plans as well as the proper execution of said plans.

Job Description:
- Oversee construction projects from beginning to end.
- Manage the budget and estimate costs.
- Determine the necessary equipment, materials and manpower needed.
- Keep track of inventory, tools and equipment.
- Ensure supplies and equipment are ordered and delivered according to schedule.
- Prepare reports regarding job status.
- Resolve any problems that may arise.
- Evaluate risks and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Train and mentor construction workers and construction laborers depending on the size of the project.
- Collaborate with subcontractors, engineers, architects and key team members of the project team.
- Negotiate with external vendors on contract agreements.
- Obtain the appropriate permits and licenses from authorities for construction sites.
- Plan construction operations and ensure all deadlines are met.
- Hire subcontractors and staff including construction laborers.
- Delegate responsibilities.
- Handle any environmental or local community issues that may come up during a project.
- Conduct site checks to monitor progress and quality standards.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is a must.
- Possession of M.Sc./M.Phil. degree will be an advantage.
- Previous experience in Quantity Surveying will be an advantage.
- Previous experience in the roads and bridges field is a must.
- PMP or an equivalent certification and a member of a relevant professional body in good standing is a must.
- Previous experience of minimum 5 years in the construction field.
- Excellent ability to understand and interpret technical drawings and/or information.
- Extensive previous work experience managing budgets for construction projects.
- Excellent knowledge of relevant rules and regulations as well as quality standards and human resources.
- Excellent knowledge of construction materials and equipment.
- Highly organized.
