Sustainability and Storyteller Specialists

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and oversee the organization’s sustainability strategy, ensuring it aligns with corporate goals and global sustainability standards.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of sustainability initiatives, leveraging data to inform and improve future strategies.
• Collaborate with various departments to integrate sustainable practices into daily operations, product development, and corporate policy.
• Craft and share engaging stories about our sustainability journey, highlighting achievements, challenges, and the impact of our work on the environment and society.
• Produce a variety of content (articles, videos, social media posts) that showcases our sustainability initiatives, appealing to a broad audience including employees, customers, and partners.
• Serve as the primary spokesperson for the organization’s sustainability efforts, representing the company at events, conferences, and in the media.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and ideas, fostering a culture of sustainability within and beyond the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in environmental science, Agricultural Science, Sustainability, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sustainability roles with a strong understanding of environmental issues, trends, and regulations.
• Exceptional storytelling skills, with experience in content creation and media production.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to lead and inspire others towards a sustainable future.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with an ability to translate complex information into compelling narratives.
