Job Description/Requirements
We are seeking a highly autonomous and driven Production Coordinator to manage projects and spearhead our next collection's development. This role requires a candidate who embodies initiative, dedication, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. Working directly under the guidance of our founder and CEO, this position demands a high level of independence, strong decision-making skills, and an ability to navigate the complexities of international collaboration and local artisan management and sample production.

Key Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination: Oversee the development of our new collection from concept to completion. Ensure projects stay on track through meticulous planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between our UK-based founder and the local Ghanaian production team. Facilitate clear, consistent, and effective communication across all levels of the project to ensure alignment and progress.
- Artisan Coordination: Engage directly with local artisans and makers, fostering relationships and ensuring the quality and timeliness of their contributions to our collection.
- Quality Control: Uphold the brand's high standards by implementing rigorous quality control measures throughout the production process.
- Problem-Solving: Address challenges head-on with creative and practical solutions. Be resourceful in overcoming obstacles and adept at navigating the unique dynamics of working within diverse cultural contexts.
- Travel and Field Work: Be prepared for local travel to meet with artisans, suppliers, and other stakeholders. This aspect of the role is crucial for maintaining hands-on involvement and oversight.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in project management or production coordination, ideally within the interiors, design, or crafts sector.
- A results-driven approach, with an ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive projects forward without direct supervision.
- Exceptional organizational and leadership skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and to a high standard.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building relationships with a diverse range of partners and collaborators.
- Flexibility to travel locally and adapt to the demands of working across different time zones.
- A deep appreciation for craftsmanship and design, with a keen eye for detail.
- Willingness to work unconventional hours as needed to facilitate effective communication with the UK-based team.
