A reputable organization in the automobile industry is looking to hiring a Production Manager.

Job Description/Requirements
JOB PURPOSE/DESCRIPTION:
● To engage in production planning, production performance and personnel management i.e. management of paid holidays, etc.
● To prepare inventory and inventory control of vehicle parts.
● Training of factory workers, human resource management and overall employment management.
● Correct all defective vehicles by contacting suppliers and arrangement of alternative parts and correction
● To respond to marketing activities by conducting market quality responses.
● Prepare reimbursements of claim compensation and all other matters regarding claims.
● Maintain and manage manuals and production of quality control reports for the company.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
● Minimum of a qualification of a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or any other Professional qualification and Certificate or Master’s degree or its equivalent.
● Minimum of 5 years work experience in a similar role or similar industry.
REQUIREMENTS
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills, multilingual will be an advantage
● Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize.
● Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
● Written and verbal communication in English.
● Able to drive a car well (have a driver license)
