Product Support Specialist - Underground

Mission Deliver high-quality maintenance, repair, audits, and troubleshooting support for equipment in the field and workshop. Participate in equipment start-up and commissioning; conduct operator and technician training, including charged sessions and skills transfer. Provide expert technical advice, identify customer needs, recommend spare parts, and strengthen relationships through direct engagement and service excellence. Cooperate with Product Company on new projects (design, testing, introduction); share technical information, documents, and software as required. Ensure adherence to environmental, safety, and internal policies (Code of Conduct); use company assets efficiently and maintain IT systems in collaboration with regional teams. Actively use monitoring systems Fleetsync, TechInfor), escalate incidents appropriately, and perform additional tasks assigned by the Product Support Manager.
