Role Description

This opportunity is a full-time, on-site role based in Accra for a Product Manager. The candidate will engage in tasks such as developing educational content, researching innovative teaching tools, collaborating on projects across teams, and contributing to the enhancement of the company's AI-driven learning platforms. Responsibilities include strategic planning, fostering an inclusive learning environment, and ensuring alignment with Sua Pa AI's mission of delivering quality education to all.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Content Development, Curriculum Design, and Learning Strategies
• Expertise in Data Analysis, AI Tools, and Technology Integration
• Strong skills in Communication, Collaboration, and Problem-Solving
• Experience in Project Management and Team Coordination
• Familiarity with the education sector, particularly within the Ghanaian context, is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site, team-oriented environment
