Role Description
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Project Manager with expertise in AI and digitalisation to join our team in Ghana. This role aims to facilitate brand identity development and assist in establishing its place within the Ghanaian and African markets. The post holder will be at the forefront of identifying new opportunities for the organization and helping it establish its customer base in Ghana and Africa. Additionally, the post holder will require strong digital skills including knowledge of AI and practical analytical and communication skills to be able to identify and engage with new stakeholders and investors.
Duties
- Serve as the on-ground representative for BCI in Ghana, supporting projects across Ghana and Africa
- Support the implementation, coordination, and follow-up of ongoing projects within Ghana and Africa
- Researching market trends, industry news, and qualitative and quantitative data to identify gaps, opportunities, and areas for impact
- Identify, engage, and maintain relationships with partners, donors, investors, and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with pitching and developing high-level proposals, business plans, concept notes and pitch decks.
- Create weekly reports on business development strategies for improving performance.
- Identify and engage with potential partners and investors to elevate the profile of the company, especially in Ghana.
- Attend meetings with local and international partners and advocate for stronger relationships with BCI Ghana.
- Manage, update, and coordinate all media and communications assets, with primary responsibility for social media management and website content.
Education
- Minimum of first degree in any Business or Marketing related field
- Business or Marketing master's degree desirable
- Knowledge of the digitalisation industry in Africa
- Knowledge of AI and digital economy in Africa

Qualifications
- Experience in business development, including market research and client relationship management
- Strong understanding of digital transformation strategies and implementation
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Relevant experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field
Digitalisation
- Solid and reliable internet access during working hours
- Access to all relevant IT equipment needed to undertake all the tasks detailed above
- Access to all the appropriate software and communication equipment to be able to engage with members of the team
