Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Accra for a Construction Project Manager. The Construction Project Manager will oversee all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. Responsibilities include project coordination, financial management, team management, ensuring compliance with safety and building regulations, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Project Coordination and Construction Project Management
• Strong skills in Budgeting and Financial Management for construction projects
• Experience in Construction Management and overseeing end-to-end project lifecycle
• Proven expertise in Project Management methodologies and tools
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Knowledge of building codes, standards, and safety regulations
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
• Prior experience managing residential or commercial building projects .
