Partner & Communications Lead (equity / Profit-share)

Type: Part-Time (5–10 hours/week to start) | Partnership Track

The Opportunity

We are an established 3D production and animation studio executing high-end visual projects and industry-level training. As the creative pipeline expands, we are looking for a strategic partner to become the "voice" of the studio.

If you are a brilliant communicator, natural networker, or a final-year PR/Marketing student who wants to stop trading time for pennies and start building actual equity in a creative business, this is your seat at the table.

You handle the talking, the positioning, and the client relationships. We handle the heavy-lifting creative execution. Together, we scale.

What You Will Do (The Focus)

• Gatekeeping & Vetting: Manage incoming inquiries for project commissions, training programs, and partnerships—ensuring only high-value opportunities make it to the calendar.
• Studio Positioning: Craft and push the narrative of the studio. You will share our student success milestones, project drops, and studio updates to keep our brand sharp and visible.
• Outreach & Growth: Identify and pitch potential corporate clients, event organizers, and platforms to secure new project briefs and high-profile speaking slots for the studio.

The Compensation Structure

This is a non-salaried, high-upside partnership role designed for someone who wants ownership.

• Revenue Share: A guaranteed 10% to 20% commission on every corporate contract, paid gig, or sponsorship deal you bring in or close.
• Equity Track: A structured vesting equity stake in the studio’s long-term portfolio based on hitting clear, performance-based milestones over the first 6–12 months.
• Perks: Direct industry mentorship, access to premium internal training pipelines, and a portfolio piece as a co-builder of a rising animation brand.
