Motion/Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities

Motion Graphics & Animation

• Develop engaging 2D and 3D motion graphics for marketing campaigns, advertisements, social media, websites, events, and presentations.
• Create animated titles, logo reveals, explainer videos, product demonstrations, and promotional visual content.
• Integrate motion graphics into multimedia projects in line with brand guidelines and creative direction.

Graphic Design

• Produce high-quality static visual designs including banners, posters, social media creatives, brand elements, and digital assets.
• Apply principles of typography, layout, color theory, and branding to all design work.
• Develop visual concepts and storyboards for content creation.

Collaboration & Creative Development

• Work closely with creative directors, marketing teams, editors, and sound designers to ensure cohesive project delivery.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas aligned with agency goals.
• Adapt designs based on feedback and evolving project requirements.

Technical Production & Asset Management

• Prepare and optimize graphics for various platforms including TV, web, social media, and mobile.
• Ensure all visual assets follow brand standards and are delivered in the correct formats and resolutions.
• Manage project files, maintain organized asset libraries, and follow internal workflows.

Key Skills & Competencies

Software Expertise

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Experience with 3D software such as Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro) is a plus.

Creative & Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of animation principles—timing, easing, composition, flow, and movement.
• Excellent visual storytelling and conceptualization skills.
• Strong grasp of graphic design fundamentals including typography, layout, and color grading.
• Ability to integrate sound, motion, and visuals to create cohesive content.
