Job summary
The Marketing Officer will support student recruitment by creating visibility, generating leads, promoting programs, and supporting campaigns for both the Ghana and Francophone markets. The role will work closely with the Enrollment Officers to ensure that marketing activities translate into qualified leads and paid enrollments.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns for Improtech Training Center’s programs.
- Promote the Solution Engineering Program and weekend professional courses.
- Support digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google, WhatsApp, and email.
- Create or coordinate content such as flyers, short videos, student testimonials, program posts, and event promotions.
- Promote masterclasses, info sessions, open days, and recruitment events.
- Work with Enrollment Officers to understand lead quality and improve campaign targeting.
- Track campaign performance, lead sources, enquiries, attendance, and conversions.
- Support campus activations, community outreach, and partnership-based promotions.
- Maintain consistent branding and messaging across marketing materials.
- Provide weekly marketing activity reports to management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in digital marketing, lead generation, social media marketing, or education marketing.
- Good understanding of online campaigns and content creation.
- Ability to support both brand visibility and student recruitment.
- Comfortable working closely with a sales/enrollment team.
- Creative, organized, proactive, and data-conscious.
- Experience marketing educational programs or youth-focused services is an advantage.
Compensation
- Base salary: GHS 2,500 – GHS 3,500 per month
- Performance bonus may apply based on qualified lead generation, campaign execution, and enrollment support targets.
