Key Responsibilities:
- Market and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare facilities.
- Conduct market research to understand market trends and customer needs.
- Represent Lloylan Pharmacy's brand and values in all interactions.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
- Achieve sales targets and objectives as part of the rewarding system.
- Maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- MCA certification/ HND is the minimum qualification. A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry (Sales experience is not mandatory; a suitable fresh graduate can apply).
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products and healthcare industry trends.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Driver's license and ability to drive preferred.
