As the Hospital Administrator at Solis Hospital, you will oversee the day-to-day operations, financial performance, and strategic growth of the facility. You will ensure seamless service delivery, optimize resource allocation, and drive initiatives that align with our mission of preventive healthcare. Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Operational &Financial Management:
- Oversee daily hospital operations, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and Solis’ quality standards.
- Develop and manage budgets, financial plans, and cost-control measures to maximize efficiency.
- Analyze KPIs (patient volume, revenue cycles, service utilization) and implement improvements.
- Lead procurement, staffing, and facility management to support smooth operations.
Strategic Growth & Business Development:
- Drive hospital growth through service expansion, partnerships, and community engagement.
- Implement preventive health programs (e.g., screenings, wellness initiatives) to align with Solis’ mission.
- Enhance patient experience by optimizing workflows, reducing wait times, and improving service quality.
- Explore TeleMedicine and digital health solutions to increase accessibility.
Team Leadership & Compliance:
- Recruit, train, and mentor department heads and staff, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Ensure adherence to healthcare laws, accreditation standards, and patient safety protocols.
- Promote The Solis Way (Kindness, Focus, Integrity) across all levels of the organization.
- Resolve patient and staff concerns with transparency and empathy.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Degree/Master’s in Healthcare Administration (MHA), Business Administration (MBA), or related field.
- 3+ years of hospital/healthcare management experience, with a track record of operational success.
- Business acumen – ability to drive profitability while maintaining patient- centered care.
- Preventive health mindset – passionate about proactive wellness initiatives.
- Strong leadership & communication skills – able to inspire teams and engage stakeholders.
- Data-driven decision-maker – proficient in healthcare analytics and performance metrics.
- Tech-savvy – experience with EHR, hospital management software, and digital health tools.
