About the Role



We are seeking a strategic and innovative leader to drive our digital transformation strategy and deliver solutions architecture at dds55. As the Head of Digital Transformation & Solutions Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our technology initiatives, enhancing customer experiences, and streamlining operations to achieve sustainable growth.



 



Key Responsibilities




Lead Digital Strategy – Develop and execute a digital strategy that aligns with business goals.


Design Scalable Solutions – Architect robust, future-proof solutions to support growth and efficiency.


Drive Automation & Innovation – Automate processes, integrate new technologies, and champion innovation across teams.


Lead Change Management – Drive the adoption of new technologies, ensuring smooth transitions and improved workflows.


Collaborate Across Teams – Work with department heads to optimize digital processes and align them with business objectives.


Monitor & Improve Digital Initiatives – Track performance, analyse data, and recommend improvements to drive success.

Qualifications & Experience




Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field


5+ years in digital transformation or solutions architecture roles


Industry certifications in AWS, Azure, or similar


Relevant networking certifications including COMPTIA A+, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), and Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)


Proficiency in network protocols including DNS DHCP, 802.1x, BGP, OSPF, and MPLS


Proven experience in change management, cloud technologies, and enterprise architecture


Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills
