Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all security operations and personnel.
- Develop and implement effective security strategies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.
- Monitor security performance and operational efficiency.
- Manage client relationships and address operational concerns.
- Conduct regular site inspections and security audits.
- Lead, mentor, and develop security teams.
- Prepare operational reports and provide recommendations to management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Security Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ progressive experience
- Proven experience in security operations management.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of security procedures, risk management, and operational standards.
- Relevant experience in the private security industry will be an advantage.
