Job Description/Requirements
What you’ll do as the Global Head of Onboarding at Deel:
Lead an onboarding organization of approximately 50 people, and growing!
Create models and plans for how we onboard customers - particularly focusing on:
Customer Experience
Time to onboard
Process Consistency
Drive metrics across our onboarding team.
Report out on business needs. Don’t just drive the current process - determine what your team needs for success and advocate for it.
Work with CS/Sales leadership to create smooth transitions from prospect to long time customer.Â
Some Key Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in a customer success leadership position with experience working cross jurisdiction at a unicorn start-ups, a big tech company, or in consulting.
Extensive experience in organizational/company design; designing company structures, performance frameworks, cross functional processes, and using data driven techniques to measure success.
Experience in project management: you have led large detailed projects, and have also led teams that have led large detailed projects.
You have a track record of achieving metrics, and have developed and deployed successful expansion plans.
You have a record of introducing and launching new technologies/strategies into existing operating models.
You have a relentless execution ethic and lots of energy. Â
