Founded in 2016, we produce, supply, and install accessible, affordable, eco-friendly and smart high-quality biodigester-based toilet systems in and beyond the Greater Accra region. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Build, grow, and sustain the organization by pursuing opportunities for long-term commercial growth, viability, and revenue from customers, markets, and relationships
  • Efficiently enhance the delivery of our triple-bottom-line impacts of social wellbeing, economic development, and environmental protection
  • Build and maintain a solid brand and gain market dominance in the WASH section across Ghana and beyond
  • Grow and manage both existing sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities, customer/partner relationships, and assuring that WASHKING's sales quotas are being attained
  • Lead in the development of proposals and presentations to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships
  • Assist in the coordination and implementation of sales and marketing strategies, and delegate tasks that achieve strategic goals
  • Lead to bring enhanced sales team motivation, performance tracking, and metrics reporting
  • Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drives/insights and meet regularly with management and stakeholders to discuss, review and develop growth and sales strategies and positions

  • Manage proposal response process, including detailed RFP requirements, content creation, and inputs from various sources
  • Identify, screen and pursue new business opportunities, identify and contact decision-makes, select the deals in line with strategies, and lead and facilitate pitch logistics
  • Develop and implement overarching outbound sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices across the company
  • Support deal structure and pricing with business value analysis; negotiate prices for proactive bids and proposals
  • Develop, improve and implement new and existing growth models including scalable and commercially viable products and services


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or management
  • Successful track record  in  B2B,  B2C,  B2A,  GOs/Non-profit  organizations,  and  educational institutions
  • Proven experience with developing, growing, and managing commercially-viable products and services and partnerships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • 3 years of working experience in growth and business development with sales and marketing techniques, customer relations and research and development
  • Proficiency with data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
  • Proven ability to plan and manage resources and processes, and think creatively and strategically with excellent organizational capabilities
  • Ability to create and deliver compelling presentation’s
  • Experience with CRM tools & proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Experience writing píoposals, giant applications, and responding to tenders
  • Have stíong ethical principles, be goal-oriented, self-driven, and conscientious


What We Offer:

A gross salary ranging from GHS 2,000 to GHS 2,500, based on experience. The role will start off on a contract basis, with the ability to extend to a full-time role, based on performance, measured against set KPIs.
