A Reputable Restaurant is seeking a dependable, professional and safety-conscious Driver to support the movement of staff, guests, food items, supplies and company documents across Group locations and other approved destinations in Ghana.

Job descriptions & requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Transport authorised staff, guests, goods and documents safely and on time to assigned destinations.
- Follow approved schedules, routes, dispatch instructions and delivery documentation accurately.
- Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, including tyres, lights, fluids, brakes, fuel and general roadworthiness.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness, fuel records, trip logs, mileage records and other required documentation.
- Report accidents, incidents, traffic offences, delays and mechanical problems immediately in accordance with company procedures.
- Assist with the safe loading, securing and unloading of items where required and verify delivery handovers.
- Observe all Ghanaian traffic regulations, defensive-driving practices and company safety requirements.
- Protect confidential information relating to passengers, routes, deliveries and company operations.
- Support basic vehicle upkeep and arrange approved servicing or repairs through the appropriate supervisor.
- Remain flexible for assignment across Groupe Sebastien businesses and locations.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Ghanaian driver’s licence appropriate for the class of vehicle to be assigned.
- At least three years of professional driving experience, preferably in a corporate, hospitality, logistics or food-service environment.
- Clean and verifiable driving history and a strong understanding of defensive driving and road safety.
- Ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles.
- Good knowledge of Accra and surrounding routes; willingness to travel to other locations in Ghana when assigned.
- Basic literacy, communication and record-keeping skills.
- Professional conduct, punctuality, honesty, discretion and a responsible approach to company vehicles and property.
