Job summary
We are looking for reliable and experienced Drivers to join our FMCG distribution business. The successful candidates will be responsible for safely transporting and delivering goods to shops and customers across Accra and the Greater Accra Region. The role also involves assisting with the loading and unloading of goods and ensuring timely deliveries.

Job descriptions & requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Drive commercial or loading vehicles to deliver goods to customers and shops.
- Load and unload goods as required.
- Deliver products safely and on time to various markets and locations.
- Travel to different areas across Accra and the Greater Accra Region.
- Ensure the vehicle is handled responsibly and kept in good condition.
- Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules.
- Ensure goods are safely transported and delivered in good condition.
- Maintain good relationships with customers during deliveries.
- Report any vehicle faults, accidents, or delivery-related issues promptly.
- Follow all road safety regulations and company procedures.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Ghana Class C Driving Licence.
- Experience driving a commercial or loading vehicle.
- Good knowledge of roads, markets, and locations within Accra and Greater Accra.
- Physically fit and able to assist with loading and unloading goods.
- Honest, reliable, and responsible.
- Good understanding of road safety regulations.
- Previous experience in FMCG distribution will be an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and follow delivery schedules.
