Graphic Designer & Printing Machine Operator

• Create high-quality designs for brochures, flyers, banners, branded materials, and digital content.
• Work closely with clients and the sales team to interpret design briefs and deliver visual solutions.
• Prepare artwork for print and ensure all designs meet printing specifications.
• Maintain brand consistency across all creative outputs.

• Set up, operate, and maintain digital and/or offset printing machines.
• Prepare printing plates, ink levels, and materials before production.
• Monitor print quality and adjust machine settings to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime.

• Assist in scheduling print jobs and ensuring timely completion.
• Collaborate with finishing staff to ensure smooth production from design to final output.
• Maintain an organized workspace and follow all safety regulations.

• Diploma or certification in Graphic Design, Printing Technology, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with printing machines (digital or offset).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong attention to detail and creativity.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Technical understanding of colour theory, print formats, and material types.
