Role Description

This is a one-day engagement for a workshop to be conducted in Accra, Ghana. The Forensic Audit Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering a training workshop to media practitioners on the fundamentals of forensic auditing, how to report on illicit financial flows, and providing guidance to editors on how to engage with finance industry professionals teams. The role involves conducting practical exercises, assessments, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Forensic Audit Techniques and Investigation
• Experience in Developing Training Programs and Materials
• Strong Analytical and Critical Thinking Skills
• Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills
• Attention to Detail and Accuracy
• Professional Certification in Forensic Accounting or Audit (e.g. CFE, CFF) preferred
• Experience in Journalism or Investigative Reporting is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
