Job Description/Requirements
Main Responsibilities:
Financial Records and Accounting:
- Maintain financial records and ledgers to ensure data accuracy.
- Process bills, invoices, and other financial transactions to ensure timely payments.
Financial Statement Preparation:
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements and perform data analysis to support decision making.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reports.
Expense and Reimbursement Management:
- Process employee expense reimbursement applications and review related vouchers and invoices
- Manage company credit card bills and payment records.
Billing and Collection Management:
- Track bills from customers and suppliers and manage accounts and collections.
- Assist in the collection of unpaid bills to ensure timely receipt of accounts.
Financial Document and Record Management:
- Maintain the security and integrity of financial documents and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Perform financial data archiving and organization to support audits and compliance checks.
Use of Financial Systems and Tools:
- Use financial software and systems for data entry and management to ensure data accuracy.
- Assist in system maintenance and updates to ensure normal operation of the system.
Other Support Tasks:
- Assist the Finance Department in completing other administrative and project tasks.
- Support the Finance team in budget preparation, tax filing, etc.
Job Requirements:
- Education: High school or above, preferred in finance, accounting, business management or related fields.
- Experience: 1-2 years of work experience as a financial assistant or related position.
Skills:
- Proficient in using financial software and office software.
- Good financial analysis and data processing skills.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy of work.
- Good organizational and time management skills, able to handle multiple tasks.
Language Skills: Fluent English, other local language skills preferred.
