The role involves supervising field activities, monitoring agent performance, resolving operational challenges, and providing accurate daily reports to management.

Job descriptions & requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of field agents.
- Ensure daily customer signup and performance targets are achieved.
- Monitor, track, and verify the performance of field agents.
- Prepare and submit daily operational reports to management.
- Represent the company's brand professionally during all field activities.
- Identify and resolve operational challenges encountered in the field.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
- Provide coaching and support to field agents to improve productivity.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum age of 25 years.
- HND or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline, or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Previous experience in sales, field operations, or team leadership is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Honest, reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Must own and be able to use a smartphone for reporting and communication.
- Knowledge of Ghana's beauty industry is an added advantage.
