Facilitator/ Teacher

Requirements:

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (a postgraduate qualification is an added advantage).
• At least 2 years of teaching experience, with a proven ability to deliver both the Cambridge International and Ghanaian national curricula.
• Certification or formal training in Cambridge Assessment International Education is highly desirable.
• Skilled in delivering engaging, learner-centered lessons tailored to various student ability levels.
• Proficient in student assessment, tracking, and reporting, using both formative and summative methods.
• Strong classroom management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Technologically proficient; able to integrate educational technology tools into teaching and assessments.
• Committed to student wellbeing, personal development, and child safeguarding practices.
• A collaborative team player with the ability to work closely with colleagues and contribute to school-wide programmes
• Willing to participate actively in school events, staff development, and co-curricular activities.
• Highly organized, punctual, and professional
