Job Summary
We are looking for new teacher trainee graduates to join our Early Childhood Development team. We require that you have a least a diploma in education and have a willingness to learn. We will train you. Must live near Dawhenya or be willing to relocate near Dawhenya/Community 25/

Job Description/Requirements
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Engaging and encouraging learners to use their language skills
- Monitoring students’ playtime and physical activities
- Documenting student development and progress to share with parents
- Encouraging creativity in pupils by organizing art and craft projects daily
- Introducing interactive activities into the classroom and encouraging students to voice their questions and concerns
- Helping children understand key concepts such as numbers, reading, writing and science
- Attending staff meetings and training
- Ability to work with children with minimal supervision
- Team player
Requirements:
- A person with Diploma or degree in Education and experience in Early Childhood Education
