We are looking for an E-Commerce Officer to manage and support the company’s online sales operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining online platforms, processing customer orders, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring a smooth digital shopping experience for customers.

Job descriptions & requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update products on e-commerce platforms
- Process and track customer orders from placement to delivery
- Respond to customer inquiries through online channels
- Monitor inventory availability and product listings
- Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Support online promotions and sales campaigns
- Prepare basic sales and performance reports
Requirements:
- Experience in e-commerce, online sales, or digital customer service is an advantage
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills and ability to use online platforms
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Working Schedule:
- 5 working days per week
- 2 days off
Location: Tema, Avccra
Salary:
- GHS 1,500 during probation
- GHS 1,700 after successful completion of probation
