Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Draftsman role located in Abelenkpe, Accra. The Draftsman will be responsible for creating accurate technical drawings, plans, and designs for architectural and interior spaces. Daily tasks include collaborating with the design team, interpreting design concepts, preparing detailed CAD drawings, and ensuring that all plans align with project requirements. The Draftsman will assist in on-site assessments, coordinating with project teams, and contributing to the development of creative and functional interior design solutions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and technical drawing
- Strong understanding of architectural and interior design principles
- Ability to interpret project requirements, blueprints, and design specifications
- Attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Effective communication and ability to collaborate with team members
- Capability to work on-site in a full-time capacity
- Previous experience in interior or architectural design projects is a plus
- Bachelor’s or diploma in Architecture, Drafting, or a related field
- 3D rendering proficiency a bonus
