Fashion E-commerce Technology And Creative Studio Operations Intern Accra

The Role

This internship offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of technology, ecommerce operations, and creative studio management. Interns will gain hands-on experience supporting the development and testing of ecommerce platforms while also learning the operational processes behind merchant support, customer fulfillment, and photo studio production. The goal is to provide a holistic experience that strengthens technical skills while building business and operational acumen—making participants more versatile and effective software developers.

Responsibilities

Technology and Platform Support

·      Provide support to technical teams developing and managing the company’s ecommerce platform and infrastructure.

·      Assist with regular testing, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting of platform features.

·      Conduct QA testing to support the release of new software updates.

·      Help manage platform issues and bugs through project tracking and resolution.

·      Support marketing campaigns by ensuring smooth execution on the ecommerce platform.

Ecommerce Operations

·      Assist marketplace merchants with onboarding: registration, product uploads, training, and query resolution.

·      Provide customer support across multiple channels (live chat, email, social media,

phone, platform messaging).

·      Support order fulfillment processes, liaising with merchants, logistics providers, and

customers to ensure timely dispatch.

·      Deliver back-office support and platform training to field support agents.

·      Provide project and administrative support to operations, field, and marketing teams.

Creative Studio Operations

·      Manage studio bookings, calendars, and production schedules.

·     Oversee day-to-day studio operations including equipment, inventory, and facilities.

·      Act as point of contact for clients, models, and external collaborators.

·      Coordinate staff and freelancers (photographers, stylists, makeup artists, assistants).

·      Ensure health and safety compliance within the studio.

·      Provide logistical and administrative support for ecommerce photography and multimedia

content production.

·      Drive efficiency while maintaining a creative, collaborative atmosphere.

Requirements

·      Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Multimedia Technology, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields.

·      Minimum 1 year of work or internship experience in technology, ecommerce, or creative production.

·      Ability to understand technical details and explain them to non-technical audiences.

·      Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

·      Proficiency in scheduling and administrative tools (Microsoft/Google Suite).

·      Basic knowledge of photography, styling, or creative production is an advantage.

·      Strong entrepreneurial mindset with problem-solving capabilities in fast-paced environments.

·      Ability to multitask and work under pressure with tight deadlines.

·      Business proficiency in English (French is a plus).

·      Willingness to work flexible hours when required.
