Digital Media Officer
Job descriptions & requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design:
- Develop visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and infographics for organization's website, social media, and other communication materials.
- Ensure all designs are consistent with the organization's branding guidelines.
Multimedia Content Creation:
- Produce engaging multimedia content, including videos and animations, to support communication campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Communications Officer to align content with communication strategies.
Social Media Engagement:
- Assist in managing and monitoring organization's social media accounts, ensuring that design elements are aesthetically pleasing and align with the organization's visual identity.
Website Design and Maintenance:
- Work closely with the Communications Officer to enhance the website's design, user experience, and visual appeal.
- Ensure all website graphics and visual elements are regularly updated and optimized.
Photography and Videography:
- Capture photographs and videos during organization’s events or projects for documentation and promotional purposes.
Branding and Visual Identity:
- Collaborate with the Communications Officer to maintain and strengthen the organization's visual identity across all communication channels.
Technological Support:
- Stay updated with emerging digital media trends, tools, and technologies to improve the overall effectiveness of communication efforts.
- Performing adhoc tasks and duties as reasonably directed by line manager

Requirements
Non-Negotiable Requirements:
- Candidate must posess a a bachelor's degree or higher.
- Must have a minimum experience of 3 years in a related role.
- Must be willing to work full time. 8-5pm
- Must be fluent in the English language.
