Job Description

We are looking for a paid Digital Marketing & Admin Intern to support our marketing activities, client projects and day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, organised and eager to gain practical experience while working with a growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging social media content, graphics and marketing materials.
• Design visuals using Photoshop and Canva.
• Edit short videos and reels for social media.
• Plan, schedule and manage content across social media platforms.
• Support email marketing campaigns.
• Update and maintain customer information using Zoho CRM.
• Provide administrative support for client projects.
• Organise digital files, documents and project information.
• Work closely with the team to deliver projects on time.

Skills and Requirements

• Experience in digital marketing, content creation or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Photoshop and Canva.
• Experience using video editing tools such as CapCut or similar software.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools, preferably Zoho CRM.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A willingness to learn, take initiative and grow in a fast-paced environment.
