Job Description/Requirements
Product Designer:
- Responsible for developing innovative product concepts and 3D designs that combine functionality, beauty, and modern craftsmanship.
Sculptor & Artisan:
- Responsible for crafting and shaping high-quality concrete and fiberglass flower pots with precision, creativity, and attention to detail.
Sprayer / Finishing Technician:
- Responsible for applying paints, sealants, and protective coatings to ensure flawless surface finishes on all products.
Carpenter - Furniture / Installer:
- Responsible for constructing, assembling, and installing custom furniture and cabinetry with precision to meet our quality and design standards.
Laborer (Production Assistant):
- Responsible for supporting daily production operations by preparing materials, maintaining a clean workspace, and assisting artisans and technicians throughout the manufacturing process.
Qualifications:
Education: Maximum Degree and minimum Diploma
Level of Experience: 1-3 years
Salary Range: 1000-2000 cedis
