Job Summary
Responsible for driving the growth, optimization, and management of digital platforms through partnerships, ensuring platform performance, and fostering engagement within the digital ecosystem. The incumbent will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance platform adoption, support commercial objectives, and drive data-driven decision-making through regular performance analysis and reporting. This role also plays a key part in executing and monitoring the digital growth strategy to ensure alignment with business goals.

Job Role
Support line in the identification of opportunities to build long term strategic Digital partnerships to enhance platforms assigned.
Responsible for delivering regular reports on the commercial performance of the digital platforms and specific deep dives when required.
Coordinate API development, maintenance, and integration efforts with developers and partners.
Work closely with digital and developer communities to drive platform awareness and engagement.
Monitor and analyze platform performance, ensuring high availability and adherence to industry standards.
Provide documentation, best practices, and training resources for platform users.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, including standups, grooming, and sprint planning.
Support line in the identification of opportunities to build long term strategic Digital partnerships to enhance platforms assigned.
Coordinate partnerships to ensure they deliver value for the platforms assigned.
Support with the delivery and monitoring of the Growth strategy
Work with relevant stakeholders (line manager, the Enterprise Business Division, the group/central team, etc.) to define and deliver a Growth and Business Development strategy in Ghana
Identify potential new opportunities to grow current partnerships
Responsible to deliver regular reports on the commercial performance of the platforms and specific deep dives when required
Work closely with the internal stakeholders to deliver a successful Growth strategy that will allow MTN Ghana to achieve its digital targets
Identify new opportunities for digital partnerships to enhance platform adoption and commercial success.
Education
A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field of study.
Certification or professional knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies a plus
Certification or professional knowledge of Excel and key Digital Analytics tools (e.g. PowerBi, Google Analytics etc.) a plus
Experience
Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in a digital organization (startup, fintech, marketing agency etc.)

Knowledge of Digital solutions
