Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Screen and assess candidates for various positions
Collaborate with the recruiting team and account managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics
Conduct initial candidate interviews to evaluate skills
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our recruitment system.
Shortlist and prepare candidates for submission to hiring managers.
Qualifications:
Min. 1 year as a virtual assistant or other remote work
Proactive and eager to learn with a can-do attitude.
Strong communication skills
Basic understanding of recruitment processes (experience is a plus but not mandatory).
Adaptability to a global and remote team environment.
