Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Aesthetic Nurse at our clinic in Osu. Key responsibilities include performing aesthetic treatments such as Botox, fillers, and skin rejuvenation therapies, consulting with clients, creating personalized treatment plans, and delivering exceptional patient care. Additional responsibilities involve ensuring high standards of hygiene, adhering to clinic protocols, conducting product or treatment consultations, and educating clients on aftercare procedures.

Qualifications

• Expertise in administering aesthetic treatments and patient care

• Perform aesthetic procedures such as:

• Facial injectables (Botox, dermal fillers)

• Skin rejuvenation and resurfacing treatments (microneedling, chemical peels, laser therapy)

• PRP/PRF facial treatments and IV therapies

• Medical-grade facials and skincare treatments

• Conduct comprehensive client consultations, including medical history reviews and treatment planning.

• Develop and implement personalized skincare and treatment plans.

• Provide pre- and post-treatment care, ensuring optimal client comfort and satisfaction.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to infection control and safety protocols.

• Stay current with aesthetic trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.

• Support the medical director and collaborate with other clinic staff to ensure seamless operations.

• Promote and educate clients on skincare products and ongoing treatment plans.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with current, valid nursing license.

• Certification or proven training in medical aesthetics or cosmetic nursing.

• Minimum [1-3] years of experience in an aesthetic or dermatology setting (preferred).

• Proficient in injection techniques and aesthetic equipment (lasers, microneedling devices, etc.).

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and patient education skills.
