Warehouse Manager

Job Responsibilities

1. Independently responsible for the daily operations of the finished goods warehouse, including receiving, shipping, system accounting processing, planning coordination, and team management, taking on a single responsibility.

2. Conduct daily 6S inspections in the warehouse area and provide effective training, guidance, and assessment to warehouse administrators.

3. Collaborate with the internal team of the warehouse, coordinate and cooperate with the forklift team and the receiving, shipping, and data teams, and complete daily work tasks according to the plan.

4. Communication and coordination between foreign-related departments, daily information communication and docking with import and export departments, personnel departments, security departments, relevant production workshops, transportation, planning and other departments.

5. Analyze and summarize various abnormalities and problems in the warehouse, participate in the core management scope of the Chinese manager, develop solutions and implement them.

6. Able to proactively identify, report, and solve problems, work proactively, challenge difficulties, and not passively respond.

Qualification

1. Have experience in warehouse management in large factories/companies, familiar with factory logistics models, planning, production, warehousing, inventory, and shipping processes.

2. Able to adapt to shift system and work day and night shifts, with a daily working time of 12 hours.

3. Have experience in managing a team of no less than 50 members, and be good at mobilizing the initiative and enthusiasm of grassroots employees.

4. Strictly follow company procedures to execute various work tasks, be good at developing work plans and arranging work priorities to achieve organizational goals.

5. Familiar with office software operation, including mainstream software such as Word, Excel, PPT, etc.

6. Familiar with multi warehouse and multi storage area management, analyze daily workload and arrange and coordinate resources such as personnel, vehicles, and equipment.

8. Priority will be given to candidates with years of experience in managing large warehouses.
