- The successful candidate will Demonstrate his/her competency by leading a live training session with simulated participants.
Responsibilities
- Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses of individuals and teams
- Translate requirements into training that will groom employees for the next step of their career path
- Develop or oversee the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids and manuals
- Direct structured learning experiences and monitor their quality results and deliver training courses and workshops to audience.
- Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees work behavior
- Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changes
- Maintain updated curriculum database and training records
- Conduct follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results
- Present training slides you have prepared for the basic, intermediate, and advanced levels across the following MS 365 modules: MS Excel, MS Power BI, MS PowerPoint, MS SharePoint, MS OneNote, MS OneDrive, MS Loop, MS Planner, MS Word, MS Teams, MS Outlook
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a corporate trainer
- Knowledge of modern training techniques and tools in technical soft skills education
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Outstanding communication skills and comfortable speaking to crowds
- Proficient in MS Office (especially PowerPoint)
- BSc/BA degree in Education, Training, HR or related field
- Certification such as CTT+ (Certified Technical Trainer) is a strong asset
