Job descriptions & requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Safeguard the school premises, learners, staff, and visitors.
- Monitor and control access to the school by checking and recording visitors.
- Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety and security of the campus.
- Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies.
- Report any suspicious activities or security concerns to management.
- Assist in enforcing school safety policies and procedures.
- Ensure school property and equipment are protected at all times.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in security services.
- Previous experience in a school or educational institution is an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physically fit, alert, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
- Honest, disciplined, and of good character.
- Ability to remain calm and act professionally during emergencies.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and secure Christian school environment.
