job duty:
Handle full-cycle recruitment for factory positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Post job advertisements and manage recruitment channels.
Coordinate interviews with department managers and follow up on hiring progress.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for production and technical roles.
Prepare recruitment reports and maintain employee records.
Support onboarding and orientation for new employees.
Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and labor regulations.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a manufacturing factory with over 100 employees.
Familiar with factory recruitment processes and labor regulations.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Able to work under pressure and meet hiring targets.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Good command of English.
