Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead our recruitment operations, manage client portfolios, and drive talent delivery excellence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising recruitment coordinators, overseeing end-to-end recruitment processes, and ensuring client satisfaction through quality hires and timely execution.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Strategy & Delivery
- Design and execute recruitment strategies based on specific client needs and industry trends.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment activities including job briefings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and placements.
- Maintain an active pipeline of high-quality candidates across roles and sectors.
Client & Account Management
- Serve as the primary contact for key client accounts, ensuring consistent communication and delivery updates.
- Develop deep understanding of client industries, business models, and hiring needs.
- Present qualified shortlists, candidate assessments, and market insights to clients.
Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Supervise and mentor recruitment consultants and coordinators.
- Monitor workloads, guide performance, and provide regular feedback to team members.
- Conduct internal training sessions to build recruitment capabilities across the team.
Operations & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and CRM.
- Develop and share weekly/monthly reports on recruitment performance, pipeline status, and client engagements.
- Collaborate with internal teams on workflow improvements and operational efficiency.
Business Development Support
- Support proposal writing, candidate market mapping, and talent insights for prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the BD team to convert leads into recruitment projects.
- Participate in client pitch meetings and presentations when needed.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field
- 4+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in an agency or HR consultancy
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial recruitment role
- Strong understanding of local and regional hiring practices and labor laws
- Demonstrated success in managing high-volume or executive search projects
- Ability to shortlist candidates within 5 days of receiving a job requisition.
