Property Manager

Responsibilities:

Operations and Customer Experience Management

• Supervise staff
• Supervise and coordinate with the facility coordinator to ensure housekeepers, security personnel, artisans, and repairmen maintain the property in excellent condition.
• Ensure prompt and efficient resolution of maintenance issues to enhance the overall living experience for guests.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall guest experience from booking to check-out.
• Respond promptly and effectively to guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns to ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Marketing Strategy

• Devise and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive bookings, occupancy, and revenue.
• Utilize digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and online advertising, to reach and engage target audiences.
• Develop and maintain a strong online presence, ensuring accurate and compelling property listings.
• Manage social media accounts and booking platforms to promote the property.

Content Creation

• Create engaging and persuasive content for property listings, promotional materials, and online platforms to attract and retain guests.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to produce visually appealing and informative marketing collateral.

Data Analysis and Reporting

• Utilize data analytics to track marketing performance, guest satisfaction, and other relevant KPIs.
• Generate regular reports to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions.

Partnerships and Collaborations

• Identify and cultivate partnerships with local businesses and services to enhance the overall guest experience.
• Collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and other stakeholders to broaden the reach and appeal of our Airbnb apartments.

Financial Management

• Track and manage property revenue and expenses.
• Ensure prompt payment of services rendered and items purchased to vendors/ suppliers.
• Develop and implement budgets to optimize property financial performance.
• Conduct regular financial analyses to identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.

Tenant and Guest Experience

• Prioritize and enhance the overall experience of both long- term tenants and short-term guests.
• Address and resolve tenant and guest concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Implement initiatives to improve tenant and guest satisfaction.

Regulatory Compliance

• Stay informed about local regulations and ensure property compliance.
• Implement and maintain necessary safety and security measures.
• Ensure prompt payment of all regulatory fees, levies, etc.

Qualifications & Requirements:

•  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality or a related field.
• Experience in property management, preferably with a focus on short-term stay accommodation, hospitality industry and Airbnb platform, marketing, customer experience management or a related field.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in the use of social media and booking platforms, data analysis and reporting tools.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with diplomacy.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and implement innovative ideas.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and techniques
