Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, encompassing budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation, to achieve project objectives.
• Efficiently manage vendors and sub-contractors, ensuring seamless coordination and timely project delivery.
• Diligently review legal agreements, roles, and responsibilities of project partners, ensuring alignment and smooth collaboration.
• Examine and approve project designs for implementation, ensuring adherence to our rigorous quality standards.
• Monitor project progress closely, identifying potential risks and promptly implementing mitigation measures to ensure successful outcomes.
• Maintain open lines of communication with management, providing regular updates on project status, progress, forecasts, and notable highlights.
• Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and other requested reports to support informed decision-making by management.
• Effectively manage on-site personnel, plant and equipment, and other vital project resources.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and Quantity Surveyor teams to negotiate favorable contracts that align with project requirements.
• Secure necessary permits and licenses from appropriate authorities, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory standards.
• Uphold and enforce stringent health and safety standards, promptly reporting any issues for prompt resolution.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification of BSc. in Civil Engineering/Quantity Surveying/Architecture, or a related field.
• A Masters degree in a related field is highly desirable.
• Professional membership in the Built Environment profession.
• Minimum of 10 years experience in the construction or related sector, demonstrating exceptional leadership abilities and successful project delivery.
• Proven track record of leading and motivating multi-disciplinary teams.
